This checklist is designed to be used in the classroom for students age 13 to adult. Its aim is to flag possible neurodiverse learners with dyslexia-type traits. The resource consists of a Teacher Copy and a Student Copy consisting of a series of questions with tick box answers. Administration instructions are included.
